Abstract:

Although pregnancy tests and ultrasounds are the only way to know if you are pregnant, there are other signs and symptoms that you should take care of. The first symptoms of pregnancy are much longer. They include morning sickness, odor sensitivity, and fatigue.
While this may seem strange, the first week of pregnancy depends on your final structure. Even if you are not pregnant, your last instruction is considered the first week of pregnancy.
The delivery date for the delivery is calculated using the first day of your last period. Because of this, you have no symptoms in the first few weeks and your 40 weeks pregnancy counts.
From week 1 to week 4, everything is still happening at the cellular level. The fertilized egg creates a blastocyst (a group of fluid-filled cells) that develops in the baby's organs and body.

Four weeks after conception your next period will be gone. If you have an irregular period, you should undergo a pregnancy test to make sure.
Most home inspections can detect HCG within eight days after a long time. A pregnancy test will detect the amount of hCG in your urine and show if you are pregnant.

3. Body temperature rises early in pregnancy
